The Work The World House
A big part of your experience overseas is living in the Work the World house. The house feels like your home from home. Living with other healthcare students from all over the world gives the house a social feel.
Our house in Merida is in the heart of one of the city’s up-and-coming suburban districts. The building is open, light and airy, boasting modern architecture and design throughout.
There’s even an outdoor pool. It’s easy to access Merida’s famous city centre, which has all the typical fare you’d expect from an affluent Mexican city — mariachi bands playing in the plazas, museums, bars and restaurants for evenings out.
Of course, you can also take a short taxi ride to find tropical shoreline where you can sip cocktails as you gaze out over the Gulf of Mexico.
Management team: Based in the house, they oversee your entire Work the World experience — 24/7 — from the moment you land to the moment you leaveCatering team: cook a variety of both local cuisine and home comforts for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
