One of the many opportunities you’ll have while on placement in Arequipa will be working in an HIV centre and TB centre, both of which are run exclusively by nurses. Working with Peruvian nurses will allow you to learn from cultural differences, as well as witness interdisciplinary relationships.  With streets brimming with colourful markets and textiles, and Machu Picchu lying just beyond the city, you'll find there's no shortage of places to explore in Peru.  Read what our students think below!
